This is my first experience with chimney's and fireplaces I wanted to have our chimney inspected as we planned on using our fireplace to help as a heating source this winter We just purchased our house and didn't know the condition of the chimney or fireplace
*** came to clean and inspect our chimney, he was on time, called ahead to say he was on the way He covered everything very well, showed me not only the video but also the took pictures of the issues he saw and explained everything as he went
He explained the options and also the costs that went along with them He also explained what he thought needed to be fixed to be safe and not what didn't need to be done right away
He didn't talk down to a 'women' but explained the situation VERY well I not only felt comfortable that I understood his recommendations but also that we had options and the pros and cons of those options
I would absolutely recommend Chim Cheroo Chimney Service to anyone! The prices are very fair for not only our safety but peace of mind as well

Chim-Cheroo handled my chimney problem, needing a new fire box installed, and a new chimney liner, in a timely and professional manner. Their work on the interior of my home was handled in a way, that when the job was complete, you couldn't even tell that they had been there. Clean up was exquisite. I reviewed ChimCheroo a couple of months ago when my chimney was cleaned. [redacted] and [redacted] last week returned and did some pertinent repairs on our outside chimney. They made it look so effortless, but the work they did was complete and permanent. They are professional, always arriving at the appointed time, explaining what is going to happen in the repair job, I have no qualms giving ChimCheroo a positive review because they earned it. He checked our outside chimney, ascertained the work needing to be done, explained it thoroughly, and gave me a quote. I couldn't be more pleased. I know what has to be done, how long it will last, and how much it will cost. He is completely professional. I'm totally impressed, and will always recommend Chimcheroo. They get right down to business and do a very thorough job, always cleaning up after themselves and leaving things the way they found them.
