Review: In October of 2012, [redacted] of ChimChimCheree came to our house to clean and repair our pellet stove for the burning season. At that time he told us that to repair it would be about 1/3 the cost of a new stove. He said that he could give us a deal of buying our stove from us to sell to a customer who wanted a refurbished stove, give us a rebate from the stove company, and that we would only have x amount of dollars to pay for a brand new stove. That sounded so great that we agreed. Well---------in April of 2013 we finally got our new stove. As you may have noticed, about 7 months had passed. We were unable to use our stove during the 2012-2013 burning season, leaving us to rely on our oil heat.

In April, when Nestor finally arrived back with our new stove, he put it in and took out our old stove. Upon completion of the installation, he left to go to another job. We decided to try our new stove. Within 15 minutes of starting the stove, we noticed a squealing noise. We immediately called [redacted] on his cell phone and he returned. He told us that the noise was being caused by a faulty fan and he would have the parts ordered for replacement and be back within a few weeks to rectify the situation. It is now November 6 and we have not seen hide nor hair of Nestor. I have called multiple (at least 30)times. Sometimes getting promises of being called back, sometimes just being met with the frustration of the person answering the phone because of all the negative calls they have been getting at their business. His latest secretary told me last week that I am just one of four pages of names that have not been serviced. She praised me for being so polite and kind. I just hadn't reached the breaking point yet.Desired Settlement: Finish the job and I promise that we will never bother you again---------EVER!

Review: Purchased a gas cast iron stove for $3078.58 on October 1, 2013. Was told it would take two weeks for business to receive stove and install. Called after two weeks, the office person said she was new and did not know anything. Called sometime later and asked that someone who knew the business would call. No one called. Called six weeks after purchase and was told it usually takes four to six weeks and that someone named Nester would call. Nester never called. It has been two months and no one has called. Called Monday, December 3 and Tuesday December 4 and only get answering machine.Desired Settlement: Deliver and install the stove, we have two rooms that are cold.

Review: My home was destroyed by fire on 12/27/13. I had to be the general contactor for the job, becasue, of course, I was under insured. I have delt with all sub-contrators and had an exceptional experience, except for [redacted] from Chim- Chim Cheri-. He started a fireplace instilation in August, and put in the zero cleanance stove and piping. He Has not returned to put on the stainless steel chimney cap and flame arrestor. I have paid him thousand of dollars and can not use my fireplace, due to the chance, it may burn down my home, AGAIN. I have called him many time, and left many messages , with no response. I am working on my final inspection and can not get my CO until this portion of the house, is complete.Desired Settlement: finish job
