On 12/15/17, we had a lunch party to accommodate people Everyone thanked us and said it was good In the first week of january someone called and asked for a manager I got on the phone and the person told me she wanted to file a complaint about her meal on 12/ I told her it was three weeks later ago I told her everybody was satisfied and she said she decided to call on her own I told her if she would've complained that night we could've taken care of it She told me her food was dry and tough She wanted a refund Her bill was $ I spoke to the waitor and he said he didn't receive any complaints He remember the consumer, but she didn't complain and she asked for a to go container I told her I could give her a credit I would give her a store credit for approximately $ She accepted the creditShe came in on 1/25/ She told me I gave her a credit and I told her that I gave her a credit but not for the whole bill I told her I wouldn't give her a credit for the alcohol because she didn't complain about the alcohol She told me she didn't accept the credit and she would do something about this We still will give her a credit or refund for $ She finished the margarita and the only problem she had was the food We would even be willing to replace the platter that she ordered if she comes in
