her it was three weeks later ago.  I told her everybody was satisfied and she said she decided to call on her own.  I told her if she would've complained that night we could've taken care of it.  She told me her food was dry and tough.   She wanted a refund.  Her bill was $28.20.  I spoke to the waitor and he said he didn't receive any complaints.  He remember the consumer, but she didn't complain and she asked for a to go container.  I told her I could give her a credit.  I would give her a store credit for approximately $7.  She accepted the credit. She came in on 1/25/18.  She told me I gave her a credit and I told her that I gave her a credit but not for the whole bill.  I told her I wouldn't give her a credit for the alcohol because she didn't complain about the alcohol.  She told me she didn't accept the credit and she would do something about this.  We still will give her a credit or refund for $7.  She finished the margarita and the only problem she had was the food.  We would even be willing to replace the platter that she ordered if she comes in.

called over to Ms. [redacted] table due to a issue over the food that was served to her and her daughter. I went over and listened to what Ms. [redacted] had to say. Due to the reason that her plate was almost cleared I decided to give her the choice to look at the menu and order another meal of her choice. Ms. [redacted] refused the offer and began to compare our food to another Mexican restaurant.
