Hi Revdex.com, I have attached a copy of our invoice and copies of the NFPA code book that states the following Per NFPA Operating Malfunction After inspection and cleaning of appliance, horizontal section of class a chimney was lipped and damagedHorizontal section could not secure a connection to appliance Damaged or Deteriorated liners System was noted in 2010,and 2014, that existing lining system was not rated for solid fuelI.EUL103HT it's only rated for UL(1700), this is not to current codes and standardsStove was deemed a potential hazard by current codes and standardsCustomer was informed on all three appointments On 01/15/we swept and inspected chimney, per Trenton our certified tech, stove had been disconnected prior to him arriving to sweeping appointment We did not reconnect stove at time of cleaning due to damaged systemOur office called Reggie the following day to give her quote on recommended repairs, she declined to do repairs at this time and asked if we could connect stove.Our office stated we would need to ask techOur office called Reggie the following day and left a msg stating that our tech could come out and try too reconnect stove and to please call our office to set up an appointmentOur office did not hear back from ReggiePer our invoice customer did receive chimney sweeping and inspection services and signed invoice acknowledging service had been completedPlease let us know if you have any further questions Thank you, [redacted] Chimney Doctors ###-###-####

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I called and left a message that it would be wonderful if the tech would come out and repair the stoveI also spoke to Trenton at the Kum & Go, the place that I work at and he stops thereI asked him a couple time what was going on and he told me that [redacted] schedules the appointments [redacted] did not ever return my call There was never a follow up with meThank You Regards, [redacted] ***

I have attached a copy of our invoice and copies of the NFPA 211 2013 code book that states the following.
Per NFPA 211 2013 14.8 Operating Malfunction
After inspection and cleaning of appliance, horizontal section of class a chimney was lipped...

and damaged. Horizontal section could not secure a connection to appliance.
14.9 Damaged or Deteriorated liners
System was noted in 2010,2011 and 2014, that existing lining system was not rated for solid fuel. I.E. UL103HT it's only rated for UL103 (1700), this is not to current codes and standards. Stove was deemed a potential hazard by current codes and standards. Customer was informed on all three appointments.
