He created a dangerous situation with a bad inspection report
The chimney man inspected a house for me in Richmond ky , he said that the house needed a stove removed ,a damper replaced on 2nd floor,and cap on top to keep out water he gave me a price and came back and fixed itSoon after he left the potential buyer had house inspected, the chimney had actually collapsed in attic and the flu was crackedi call the chimney guy and he said he thought we were putting gas logs in house, I never told him that plus we would not need a damper if using logs ,he was aware of this problem and never told me about itthis was a potentially dangerous problem, I contacted the state fire marshal to make a complaint but you do not have to be lic apparentlyWhen I called the chimney man he said it would be two days before he could come which I thought was terribleAfter I called him I thought it would not be wise to have him back anyway I left him a phone message and said he should refund my m
