I did know of ***'s being unhappy but did not realize they had contacted the Revdex.com
This is really ridiculousI did not even do any work for these peopleIn answer to the complaint, we realized that there was more needed to do this job than initially estimatedI was trying to accomplish explaining this when ***'s father called and he was the one swearing and threatening me
I explained at that time that I did not want to work for themThey got madder and have been harassing me ever sinceI hope this will be the end of this harassmentPlease!!

I am rejecting this response because: He claims that I have been harassing him ever since? After the phone call that he made to my father (which I have witness - his neighbors , my sister, her children and her husband, due to the phone call being on speaker phone) I tried to call back to find out what set him (the owner) off and what needed to be done in order to cool the situation. He lied and hung up on me, acting like he was the victim (I assume he didn't know that he was on speaker phone in front of at least 7 other people) and then hung up on me. So I sent an email saying it was unacceptable and that I was filing this complaint. He was well aware that I was unhappy about this whole situation. Which is the last time I contacted him (the same day as the rude phone call.. I wanted to make sure to send the email so he had it in writing to know how unhappy I was) I understand that they did not come out to do the work on my house. They did come out and gave an estimate which I was told would be sent by the end of the week (2 weeks later it arrived via email) and I was happy with that price and called to set up to get this done. How everything was handled after that point was unacceptable. It does not matter if someone is a "paying" customer at that point, you should never talk or treat anyone like that and that is why I filed this complaint. (and from the reviews that I have read online, it does not seem to be the first time that this has happened, but i'm hoping it will be the last).

Review: This is one of the worst companies to deal with. They came out and gave us an estimate to install our pellet stove. They said we will email your estimate by the end of the week, two weeks later it finally arrived. I called and made an appointment to have them install the piping for two weeks out on a Monday. The day they were suppose to show up from 11-1 we get a call at 1 saying they forgot to order a pipe and said we will try to get it done by Friday ( which is when I have family coming in). They ignored my phone calls for two days then called today at 5 pm ( now this is the owner) and cussed my 65 year old father out and then told us to f* off. I have never seen or heard such disrespect from anyone.!Desired Settlement: I don't want them to give me any type of Service. The way they (the owner) disrespected myself and my father is unacceptable and I demand an apology and I do not think they should be allowed to speak to any customers that way.
