After the phone call that he made to my father (which I have witness - his neighbors , my sister, her children and her husband, due to the phone call being on speaker phone) I tried to call back to find out what set him (the owner) off and what needed to be done in order to cool the situationHe lied and hung up on me, acting like he was the victim (I assume he didn't know that he was on speaker phone in front of at least other people) and then hung up on meSo I sent an email saying it was unacceptable and that I was filing this complaintHe was well aware that I was unhappy about this whole situationWhich is the last time I contacted him (the same day as the rude phone callI wanted to make sure to send the email so he had it in writing to know how unhappy I was) I understand that they did not come out to do the work on my houseThey did come out and gave an estimate which I was told would be sent by the end of the week (weeks later it arrived via email) and I was happy with that price and called to set up to get this doneHow everything was handled after that point was unacceptableIt does not matter if someone is a "paying" customer at that point, you should never talk or treat anyone like that and that is why I filed this complaint(and from the reviews that I have read online, it does not seem to be the first time that this has happened, but i'm hoping it will be the last) Regards, [redacted] ***
