He illegally dismantled a gas line in my home ,work which requires licensing.He put my home in jeopardy.His contract was based on fraud and misrepresentation. He has multiple arrests for fraud,larceny theft,grand theft and an outstanding larceny warrant for which he was arrested for by the Westford,Mass police as recently as February 2015.He broke Massachusetts state law by doing work requiring a license that he does not have.He has spent the $950 dollars that was prepaid  for supplies on himself.I am guessing that he probably spent it on drugs as he has an arrest record for cocaine possession,possession of drug paraphernalia and was arrested  also in February 2015 for marajuana possession by the Westford ,Mass. police. He fraudulently represented himself and has a history of a career criminal.He will not under any circumstances be allowed to "do the work  and get passed(sic) this." Incredibly he wants to keep the money that he obtained fraudulently and also wants his ladder back...There is a complaint against him on a site called findthecompany.com stating,"this guy is shady and a [redacted].he quotes you one price,then charges you more and lies about it." "he bragged about getting even with someone he did work for by pouring concrete down their chimney."...[redacted].com has a complaint on him stating,"last March he took $1000 and never did the work."A complaint was filed to the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation and according to the complaint [redacted] never showed for the hearing."...He also is on the site [redacted] as being an unlicensed plumber,unlicensed electrician,unlicensed home improvement contractor...Did I mention the bogus insurance certificate he gave me. It is quite obvious that he is a fraud with a history of misrepresenting himself...This nonsense of presenting himself as a businessman is just that,nonsense.My feeling is that he is on his way back to jail before all is said and done.I say that because of his 24 arrests in Florida.When told that I knew he had been arrested 24 times he stated,"yeah,so what." Apparently he feels that fraud,misrepresentation,and an extensive criminal record shouldn't inhibit his ability to take someones money,not do the work or do work that places the client in danger...Mr.[redacted],we are just getting started.
