Verbally agreed before signing contract in April that they would work with us if things changed when my son went to school. The will not help!!I was also told that we have been going there a long time and would work things out like pro rating but will deal with that if it arises. I was swindled into signing the contract. My son no longer wants to go and have been calling for two months now and getting the run around. Due to this I stopped payment on my checking account so that they would call me back. [redacted] stated I need to talk to[redacted] only for these issues that is what I hired her for. They will not work out a final pro rated payment to close account. They will not work with me in any way and said well it will just go to the collection agency. This is not fair because I have been trying to work things out and they are just being unfair. I always pay my debts. I owe $1043 left for Oct-April. I thought that half was a reasonable jester. I guess they would rather have nothing then half of the money. I do not feel that if my son no longer wants to go and has stuff with school that I should not have to Pay over one thousand dollers. It just makes me frustrated that they do not want to work with people especially when I was told no problem we always work with people. I feel I was swindled into signing a contract that I was not going to do. I also wanted to take more time to think about it and they kept pressuring me to make a decision. I had a feeling high school would change my sons decision to keep going. ALl I asked is to meet me half way!!! Desired SettlementI would like to know what actions are being taken and to be kept in the loop about what is to happen next.
