I am rejecting this response because: customer service provided from China Airlines were not met and unacceptableIf there are no compensation involved, they should come up with other procedure or compensate other than a refund

I would never use China Airlines nor recommend to others ever again.

We appreciate your
letter of September 23, requesting our response to the complaint case captioned above.We have investigated this case by talking to all China Airlines' staff concerned to what happened on Ms***'s flight onboard of *** on July 25, 2014.It is most unfortunate for Ms. *** and her son to be happened to seated behind a passenger who became ill during the flight and soiled his seatI can assure you that China Airlines flight attendants took immediate action by moving all passengers seating next to this passenger in the same row to other seats available, and cleaned up the mess on the seats and the surrounding area.However, Ms*** and her son were seated in the row behind this passenger, because our flight was quite full on that day, we could not evacuate all surrounding passengers.It is most unfortunate that this single incident caused by one of our passenger onboard. But China Airlines is not liable to compensate Ms*** and her son by refund the return portion of their ticket purchased on China Airlines.China Airlines always try to provide the best services to all our passengersYour understanding will be most appreciated.Sincerely yours,*** **General Manager Honolulu Branch Office
