The price that the manager [redacted] was telling people, and these people can provide statements if necessary, was $18.95. Then he changed to $16.95. When the police arrived and tried to come up with that price [redacted] was telling people, they could not. The posted price of $10.99 plus drink plus tax plus 10% [redacted]up did not come up to any of those amounts.  People chose jot to eat eat because [redacted] had changed the price and they did not bring enough money to pay that new price. Every person that did eat paid for the food before they got it. No one ate without paying for it. [redacted] chose to refund the money after the police showed up. We did not even have water to drink until 5 minutes before the police arrived.  There was was no damage done to the property. I have before and after photos of the room that can be provided if necessary. No damage was done, no trash, nothing was left in that room. And no one one from the restaurant helped us put it back. We did it all ourselves. And the police watched us clean up and put it all back correctly.  [redacted] had the deposit receipt taken from her by the manager [redacted]. He kept the receipt and banned her from coming to the restaurant again.  We cannot provide the receipt as they have it. They are keeping it and using that as the excuse to not provide the refund.

A lady called [redacted] made a reservation for 50 people and paid $40 deposit for September 16th 2017. We told he r the price was $10'99 +drink +tax+10% surcharge per person before 3pm on Saturday,and after 3pm the price will be 12'99 +drink+tax+10% surcharge . But on...

September 16th 2017 , she came and told the manager [redacted] she has a price $10 for everything.And instead of 50 people, they only came 20 people and only has 6 people ate.We didn't want to serve them in a unauthorized price and we tried to ask them to leave . They refused to leave and kit our manger out of the room.They looked so violence and make us so scared. So we called the police. They already ate, but we didn't charge them anything . We only request the police to make them leave in peace and don't damage our property.We agreed to refund their $40 deposit. Even they already ate and made a big mess in the party room. But they refuse to show us the deposit receipt, and the person who paid the deposit leftAlready.it made us very difficult to refund the deposit.. If they can show us the receive , we can refund the deposit right away.

Review: I went to this restaurant on 02/15/2014 paid by bill using my Business Debt card ($16.61) I added a $3.00 tip to my credit card. The next date I noticed that my credit card was charged 2 times on for my original receipt of 16.61 and another transaction reflecting my $16.61 bill plus the $3.00 tip equalling $19.61. I called the buffet to explain that I had been charged incorrectly 2 times. They asked me to call back and speak with the manager [redacted]. I called back 5 times and I was not able to speak to any manager. I explained my situation with two employees left my number and 6 days later the Business has not replaced the money stolen from my account.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund my $16.61 and keep the $19.61 (bill plus 3 dollar tip) . Hopefully this has not occurred to any other consumer who has eaten at that location.
