Review: I order the same food from this restaurant. Some delivered most picked up. In middle of March I called and ordered what I always order; 2 orders of Four Happiness 9.95 each and an extra order of fried rice. 5.50. The delivery driver came and was paid along with a tip. Upon opening the fried rice I noticed it was plain white rice. I called and explained what the mistake was and the person speaking broken english said to let them know next time and they would replace it. That did nothing for my hunger at the time. Then after that frustrated conversation we opened the Four Happiness only to see that it wasnt the correct thing. I called and they once again said come in. We threw them away as I didnt have a vehicle to drive all the way in there. The meals they gave had scallops and some weird sauce which we can not eat for health reasons. On March 25 I stopped in and talked to the english speaking american girl and she said no problem Ill replace them. She went and got rice to replace it then the owner came over and said he gave me Happy family the day of delivery. He said I ordered it. I informed him I have a menu with the exact item four happiness circled since I order it all the time. I offered to accept one of the correct meal and his comment was no that cost 9 dollars. I informed him that I paid 995 for it in the first place and I didnt get it. I informed him that I was contacting the Revdex.com and the atorney generals office. Only to get a response that if I want a meal I have to pay. The American girl kept apologizing and I told her it wasnt her fault. I want my 2 meals of 9.95 refunded and the rice 5.50 for a total of 26.92 plus the tip of 5.00. I refuse to pay for there in competance.Desired Settlement: An apology for the arrogance of the owner and refund of all moneys paid
