Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/10/26) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] / Owner Contact Phone: 775-738- Contact Email: [redacted] This transmission shop in fact did tell your father that we could not fix this transmission, for the dollors,We told the father that the check that he had wrote us was already deposited at the bank so therefore we could not give him the check back The whole rebuilt transmission is what cost 5, I would like to say that I do apologize for the misunderstanding.I [redacted] the owner at no point did I tell your father that their was a corporate office as this is a sole poriator ship I did Agree to return dollors to your father he told us when he left that you would be here in a couple of weeks to pick the money up I was not aware that I needed to call you to come and get this moneyI am sorry about the length of time it took to get the money to you At anytime you can come and pick up the remander of the money owed to you , we do not operate with checks for our business it is soley ran with cash, I Am Truely sorry about the mis understanding I would appreciate the chance to show you that we are a very good shop
