China Garden Restaurant

I called to request my $29 back because not one thing was edible and they were very rude said no they will not give me a refund and don’t ever come back there again. Poor business. Please help me. I called them and ask if they had a refund policy and she said no but they were still not going to refund me because I took a couple of hours to call them. I had the delivery at 1:45p by the time the family got home and we started opening everything to reheat we realized it wasnt edible. I called them immediately when we found out and that was around 4:30p. *** because I didn’t eat right away I don’t qualify for a refund. All food is still in the original condition/containers that was sent to me. Nothing was eaten.
