I/My boyfriend ordered China Garden last night (10/13/at 9:30pm)While eating the wonton soup this morning, I felt an uncomfortable crunch and scrape against my tongueUpon opening up the wonton, I discovered a few eggshells insideI realized that the business would not be open at 6:30am, so I took a photo of the eggshells and threw out the soup to avoid that uncomfortable feeling of biting into eggshells again At 12:50, I called China Garden and spoke to an employee named AmyI explained that I had discovered eggshells and would like a refund on my order, but she told me that she would not do it if I did not go to the restaurant and show her the shells in personI explained that I had photos, but she wanted to see it in person because they "clean the food well" so there was no way that happenedI asked to speak to the manager, but she told me that she did not know when [redacted] would be back or what day they usually stop by the restaurant

customer ate. The customer was asked to return the soup with the eggshells. The customer said that she threw the shells in the trash, but took a photo first and offered to bring in the photo for a refund. No refund is possible without return of the food. Eggs are never used in wanton soup. For the past 10 years, with a few exceptions, all customers have been satisfied, and most are repeat or regular customers. This complaint was a first of it's kind. However, a few others claimed dissatisfaction, either ate or threw the food away and demanded a refund. Recently, one customer ordered food delivered to a barber shop, and claimed they found hair. The delivery man went to pick up the food, and found one half inch piece of hair on the food. The customer ate the egg rolls. Upon return to China Garden the cook found many strands of hair of different lengths and textures in the bottom of the bag. The customer ate the egg rolls and received a partial refund. A barber shop!! The chef at the China Garden is bald. Customer's like this are told not to order from China Garden again. According to our records, the person who made the latest false complaint, ordered food from China Garden on 10-9-2014, as a pick up order and never came for the food. When contacted one hour later, she said she called the wrong restaurant and hung up. The phone used on 10-9-2014 and used against on 10-13-16 were both the same. - [redacted] for [redacted].
