This company is great made my life better and easier they have a great selection of magazines and prices are unbeatable and customer service has done an incredible job to make sure I'm a happy customer and I'll tell you I'm one :) customer would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a great deal and more than perfect customer service! I subscribed to a year subscription of The Atlantic through this company My Jan/Feb issue never arrived, so I contacted the company on 1/ I was told to check back on 2/because it was a combined issue I have since received my March issue, and contacted them back on the 2/ No one responded to me I emailed the organization through their website on 2/22, still no response I have documentation of me reaching out This company is a real nightmare to work with

We received your letter, dated 05/26/2015, with a notice of complaint from patient [redacted] D***This patient had one visit at The Spine and Orthopedic Center with a daservice of 11/15/2013.This patient was seen by the practitioner on the date as indicated above and we do have the practitioner's note/record detailing this particular visitHowever, in an attempt to keep this patient happy, as we try to do with all of the patients of The Spine and Orthopedic Center, we have waived the fee for MsD***'s visitThe patient will no longer receive billing from us.Please let us know should you have any additional questions or concerns in regard to this matter.Regards,K [redacted] General Manager

In the weekly magazine I was interested in theirs was the best price I found And when a issue arose it was remedied in a timely and professional manner

I ordered a magazine subscription from them in December 2017, and still have not received it When I contact there customer service department, I have to follow up with them for weeks just to get a response They kept telling me they didn't have my order until I had to ask that they work with their accounting department to see the charge! I still don't have the subscription I ordered as a gift for a family member It is embarrassing

Very rude service I recently called in because I received an email about renewing my subscription I paid for my initial subscription through PayPal, so this does not allow you to login with your email address, even to the email address that "They" sent the email to I simply called in to ask about renewing and to change my address The woman was extremely short and hateful, and just kept telling me to sign a new subscription through PayPal I asked again twice about changing my address with long pauses as if I was stupid for asking such a thing Finally she rattled off my old address as if she had been looking at it the whole time, then finally changed to my new address Very rude all the way through the end of the call, I will not do business with these people again

I placed an order for ebony magazine foe a year starting in however I only got issues I complained about this several times an got no explanation,my subscription was extended for months but I'm not getting my magazines I'm like or issues behind

The only reason they dropped it is because I posted a terrible, and accurate, YELP review of their business.
