Business response was taken over the phone by Revdex.com staff 2/13/The customer ordered and she asked for extra sauce on the side of one of three meals, consumer meant to ask for no sauce on the chicken and for all the sauce to be on the sideThey had prepared the dish as and included extra
sauce on the side They had delivered the food to her house, and the consumer called about an hour later to say that the order was prepared wrongConsumer asked for her money back They told her ok, they will give her money back if the food hadn't been eaten They told her that they would send the drive to check the order and if the food hadn't been eaten they would refund the money, but if it had been eaten they wouldn'tThe consumer told them that they had thrown all of the food awayThey will only refund for food that hadn't been eaten The consumer was yelling at their employee They didn't hang up the phone, the consumer hung up on themThe consumer wanted money back on the whole order, all meals, even though only one of them wasn't prepared like the consumer wanted They didn't want to bring the food back to the restaurant they just wanted to see the uneaten food before they refunded the money

This customer ate half of the meal, then demanded her money back because it was bad, she threw part of it at usIf it was so bad, how can she eat any, let alone half of itThe her rudeness, I considered giving her meal price back, but not after the way she acted

Review: I ordered food and first the driver and manger was being rude and openly called me a problem customer. Then when I mentioned the food making me and my friends ill they repeatedly called me rude and disrespected me.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded my 10 dollars.

I am writing you this letter to inform you about the call that was made to you on Monday, June 9th. We called the customer and agreed to a $8.05 refund and told her to not come back in our store or call us anymore. We don't get rude or hateful with our customers. We are very kind to all of our customers.
