Review: I am at work and my co-workers and I decided to order from China king, so we made an order of salt and pepper chicken combo with white rice, an extra side of brown rice (which was my order) . I gave them my bank card information to pay for the order,minutes later they called back because they wrote the wrong card number down and I had to repeat it again to them. The food came and they forgot my white rice with my order. So I called back and imnformed them thta they forgot my rice, a guy answered and said he will bring it right away in 5 minutes. 5 minutes later a woman called me back from the business screaming at me on the top of her lungs saying she cant send me my rice and we messed up so its not their faults, she is tired of us because everytime we order from them theres always an order messed up. I calm told her to calm down and she screamed no you shut up and losten to what the [redacted] I have to sa,then hung up on me.I tried calling back a few times but she picked up let the phone off the hook then hung up eveyrtime. she was very unprofessional and disrespectful and amd I am not pleased with the service. We spend alot of money with that company and I dont think we should be treated with such unprofiseeional manner. Now our co-workers and I are afraid to order from there now because they may spit in our food. please helpDesired Settlement: my money back
