Hi [redacted] This is Jack I am not the representative of China One Owner asked me for helping because she does not know English well She is hard time understanding about the letter Revdex.com sent to her I am working there Part-timers *** [redacted] complaint about the driver which is he Yelling at him is absolute not truly My driver is last one answer he phone and trying to helping him and he get all the angry and attitudes from [redacted] which he has no idea what going on he just came back from the deliver By the following week we have received some prank called from unknown callerChina one has been doing business for ten years at this locating and the owner do not know who owned the [redacted] ***China one is very small Chinese take out Business only has three persons working there and Me [redacted] working there as Part-timers Some time I received the prank called I just hand up And couple time some unknown caller calling in calling me IS and Going to Killing me stuffs Yes I called the Police department they told me same thing hang up the phone if they came in the working place call So yes if [redacted] repeating calling in like time in one minutes with dismay It is best way just hang up I working there I will put my life safety first than Money I sometimes refuse to deliver the order to some customer because they are filling with angerWhich make me feeling my life is in danger? We have one poor deliver man get rob and serious beat up before.If [redacted] feeling some thing wrong with he order yes he can bring it to the store like every one we will refund any body money back But we can not bring money to they home it is safety issue.I put hours talking to the people trying to figure out what is going on A female was answer the [redacted] order and late he calling back and she get upset and walking away then couple other people pick up his phone and hang up they do not want troubles.And the last person pick up his phone trying to apologize to him which he refuse and hand upWitness Jack J***

We have just received the complaint letter from The Revdex.com last weekI'd like to response to the complaint that had been submitted on 1/28/of ***We don't have record of anybody from *** *** *** *** ** *** has ordered from usWe have never delivered to the address mention above beforeOne day someone called and wanted us to return money, we told them we don't have record that they have ordered from us and have called the wrong Chinese restaurantThey tried to make multiple nuisance phone calls and we called the *** Police DepartmentPolice said you didn't sell the food to them and you explained to them already, you can just hang up the phone if they call again.We have been receiving many harassment phone calls from *** with delivered address *
*** *** *** **We don't want to do businesses with them because they have been a very unreasonable customerWe have given them free shrimp egg rolls for an order of lunch plates and one order of chicken wingsWe delivered to * *** *** and they called us back wanted more free stuffs including one free cheese wonton and one free liter sodaWe didn't agree to any more free stuffs when they placed the orderThey have been very unreasonable and we don't want to do businesses with them anymoreThey have been harassesing us by making many nuisance calls ever sinceWe reported to *** Police department and they said if we see any call from *** or ask to be delivered to * *** *** *** ** just hang up*** Police told us to call them at *** not if anyone tries to cause any problem especially with fake ordersI hope you understand we are a family own business and trying to make a living and always try our best to give great customer service
