Lost Baggage (INC#***) claim and airline *** support is the worst, still waiting for my compensation after months of the incident

I used Julyfly.com booked three air tickets as stated in first page on May 27, at 10:40pm (justfly booking: XXX-XXX-XXX) I realized there was an error made by me in the booking
I contacted the airline to make correction, the airline said they cannot because there was user agreement with justfly which he cannot see He suggested me to call justfly to make any changeshe didnot give me any information about my rights on cancel free in hours time fframe
On May 28, at 8:48pm, I booked another set of tickets: (justfly.com booking XXX-XXX-XXX) with all correct information
After that, I called the justfly(X-XXX-XXX-XXXX) at 8:50pm on May XX XXXX, and asked them to cancel the first booking which was: XXX-XXX-XXX A male answered the call After I expressed to him, that I want to keep the tickets of XXX-XXX-XXX, and cancel XXX-X

Bad service
I took a flight from SGN-LAX via China SouthernThe flight was hours and my chair could not declineI was sitting up straight for hours in a tight space
My bag was damaged upon arriveThey obviously abused the bagThings inside broke, and my handcream broke and contaminated my medicineMy tablet brokeNo assistance was provide to take the bag to the domestic terminal
After countless amount of contact, I was told that I will be reimbursed for the damage, and an upgrade on the return flightNothing happened, no check after one month of settlementMy flight back has no record of upgrade, and I was told to call the office at 11:pm to find out whyOf course, they were closed
This is a very bad experience overall, and this business could not keep their promiseI had request an explanation but I haven't heard back

While I was waiting for my flight reservation to finalize, the page reloaded itself, and sent me back to the first part of the reservationSo I had to start the reservation process again, only to have the same problem repeat itselfThen I got an email from the Airlines, a detailed itinerary of the flights I tried to book, the breakdown of the charges per person, $1134.40/person tax and fees included, the total, with a link to complete the paymentI clicked on the link and it took me to the last part of the reservation, then it happened againThe page reloaded itselfI tried it a few times, no luckI called the airlines and they admitted to having problems with their websiteI tried to book our flight again, and now they won't honor the price shown on the email reservation they sent sent meIt's $2,600.00/personIt's not fairTheir site's glitch prevented me from buying the tickets while it was still affordableThen they sent me an email, showing the low price, and again, the glitch prevented me to pay for the ticketsWhen I called them, they refused to help me, and saying they won't honor the price because the reservation got deleted somehow, but they can't tell me what the reason wasWhile I was speaking to them, it was still accessible and their head office was able to retrieve it and review itBut somehow, when I called China Southern Air call center to inform them of the problemThey refused to help me and said I have to pay $for an economy flight for a year oldEmma from their call center said they were indeed having problems with their website but they still won't honor the price

Booked a flight with my wife U.S.legal name on her Green Card Tried to change her name to her maiden name to match her passport * was told I couldn'
I booked tickets on China Southern Air for travel to Nepal I used my wife's legal name on her green card at the time of booking then realized she needed her maiden name on the reservation to match her Nepali passport After contacting the airlines I was told that they couldn't make any changes to her reservation as it was made online Reviewing the policy for China Southern online we couldn't find any reference that states we couldn't change the name I emailed the the correct documents to show the simple mistake China Southern told me I couldn't make the change as it is their policy, though it doesn't show this on the web site I was not able to book the same flight & had to re-book a different flight causing my wife to have to fly alone to her destination Not only does China Southern's web site not show this policy, I know

China Southern Airline cancelled one of my booked connecting flights four hours prior to fly time, but failed to provide a reason or arrangement
The airline changed my one of the connecting flights two days prior, and then cancelled the flight four hours before the actual fly timeKeep in mind that the flight was supposed to take off at 7:AM, so the four-hour notice would not be a nice time window to change the passenger's arrangements, especially involves with international connecting flightI inquired through phone on the reason of the cancellation (time in China 8/around 7-9AM), but the airline only disclosed that it was not due to the weather; instead, it was maintenance/aircraft issuesIf it was due to maintenance issues or the like, I should be given more advance heads up to alter my travel plans since they already changed the flight time once beforeHowever, I received no compensation for the flight that they cancelled and they would not refund the flight claiming it

on april 8, 2015, I bought airline tickets to fly to india we were flying on Sept 30th to October 30th we flew to india with them, but on the way back they did not let us fly their *** service said abroad that our tickets are not valid we contacted their local *** service, still no luck we were forced to leave the airport then we had to buy new tickets with another airline to fly back to USA we want to get full refund from China Southern due to they did not provide the service they were suppose toit is their system's fault that we could not fly back with them we had to buy new tickets a lot more expansive due to being on the spot they are not responding to our request to get refund back we need Revdex.com to get our money back from them

China Southern damaged the luggage by loosing one of wheelThe airport claim department staff Eric have my records
At first, Eric pretended being not be able to access my email and return the claim, and weeks later disappeared and not return my phoneThis is a typical cheating way doing by southern Chinese peopleThe wheel was pull out intentionally, like other wheels claimsChina Southern needs to explain why the wheels being pull out intentionally and pay for the cost!
