I ordered the food Chinese for three child and myself.The order took about two hours to come. I had to keep calling them because the children were truly hungry. When I called she stated the drive had already left and will be there which he was not. Called back about 20 minutes later and another person got on the phone talking about people coming to which it was a Saturday night. Then I told them I come to work on my schedule days and work my job. About 10 minutes later I called again, she stated that drive had left and would be there and was not. She did ask did I want my money back but it was to late to order from someone else. About 10 minutes later the driver did come. When started to eat the food and it was hair in the food in which me and my nephew had it in our mouths eaten it. I called back to inform her of what had happened. She was going to give a refund but I was so disgusted about the ordeal that I just hung up the phone and how she was talking. She stated no one in her company had black hair and could not come from them. I told her it was in the food both dishes.
