To Whom It May Concern,
Please see below explanation
regarding this client's complaintsThank
you
Our company handles thousands of clients to China each yearThere is no
reason not to tell clients to obtain a Chinese visa to enter ChinaThe visa
information is also showing on the tour confirmation or tour flyer and it is not
included in the total tour costOur company even provides Chinese visa service
to clients who needed
As client's complaint regarding the penalty of $400, we have already
explained to them that total penalty to cancel the trip would be $200/person$100/person
was the penalty from [redacted] Air, $was from consolidator, and $was from the
tour companyPlease kindly see the attachment page for more information
Our company has already mailed the partial check in 10/23/when we
got the refund back from the airline companyPlease see kindly the attachment
page for the check copy
Because of clients' situation, currently, our company is working with
[redacted] Air, consolidator, and Tour Company to get the penalty back for clientsAll
of them have agreed to waive the penalty, but we are still in the processWe
will mail the check to them when the process is done. Patrick P**China Tour USA

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]In response to China Tour USA:1. If China Tour claims that the fare with tips included already expired then why have they been continuously running the advertisement on the China trip fare that advertising free tips included in the fare ($70/person) since January to present? I am attaching the ad on different dates from January to April. We bought the tickets on Feb. 1, 2017.The advertisement was misleading and deceiving because there was no expiration date on the free tips fare; and yet they claimed that the fare had already expired.2. Regarding the #3 comments on the tips from China Tour, we were asked to pay the tips for the guide and the bus driver at the end of the trip; and this has nothing to do with their service since we already told the tour guide that the tips had already been paid to China Tours USA. However, the tour guide told us that they were never paid from their com[redacted]y. Hence, we paid the tips involuntarily and we felt that we have been double dipped on the tips. Thanks,Regards,[redacted]January 31, 2017 AD:February 9, 2017 AD:April 21, 2017 AD:
Regards,

It is so sad when China Tour feels that they should repeatedly lie to Revdex.com and to us. They did not tell us (either verbally or in writing) the need for a visa for our travel. We have family in [redacted] and had never needed a visa there. we provided China Tour a copy of both of our passports far in advance of our travel date. At no time did anyone in their office advise us of the need for a visa. While in their office they did not discuss other options. They only verbally accosted my wife and had her in tears. In their letter to you they wanted to make this right by providing us with a future trip to China, similar or the same as the one we booked with them. I appreciate this offer and find it acceptable. Please advise them that we would be available after the first of the year. Sincerely, [redacted]

To Whom it may concern, Regarding Revdex.com case # [redacted], our com[redacted]y has already contacted with our local vendor and customers. There was a misunderstanding, so the problem was solved already. Please contact us if there is any further question. Thank you.

When clients were in our office, our travel agents were
looking for the possibilities and trying to re-arrange their tours, but the air
difference was too expansive, so clients didn't want to change itInstead, they
wanted to cancel the tour to China
We have refunded the money after the penaltyWe did what we
can at this moment already
Since we are still in the process of getting the penalty
back from both airline company and tour company, we haven't refunded the rest
of the paymentOur company will send out a check with amount of $(both
airline and tour companies' penalty) to client even we haven't got the money
back from them yet
Our travel agent verbally told client about the Chinese visa
needed for US passport holders
