Review: They charged me for three items that never shipped. After a month, I reached out to them to see why I had not received the items. First they claimed that they shipped it and then finally conceded that the items had not been shipped. They reassured me the items would be shipped next week. Then, they came back to me and said that the publisher had increased the price by $90 (basically 3x the original cost) and refused to ship the items unless I paid a higher price. After I informed them that it is illegal to charge someone a higher price after the customer has already paid in full, they thanked me for my "feedback" and still declined to ship me the items, even though they told me they have it in stock!

The law is clear on this - they need to either ship the items as contractually required or refund me the amount of money that I would need to buy this item somewhere else now based on the price differential (full refund of undelivered product + shipping costs + 90). They are unwilling to do either.Desired Settlement: I would like them to ship my items (which I've already paid for) immediately or provide a full refund of undelivered product + shipping costs + price differential (total of $143.03) as calculated per the benefit-of-the-bargain rule.
