I did go in and update which parts I did not get on the same day the 16th. Attached is a screenshot of that proof. And the original tracking number shows never picked up. They still cannot figure out how their system works...

I never received the part so I contacted my bank and they got my money back.

I just got an email from them today saying that they didn't charge my credit card due to an incorrect CC #. It took them 3 weeks to respond.

card was declined.  Our processor does not give us reasons for the declined card.  2.  Items re unavailable to deliver to customer within the advertised shipping time frame or supplier has discontinued the item.  We provide customer with an ETA to reorder item when available again.3.  Billing address does not match shipping address for new customers.4.  Delivery address does not validate with USPS database address records.5.  Order is flagged as possible fraud by our security department.Again, the order referred to in this complaint ID has been cancelled and Not Charged.Thanks for your time and considerationSincerely,Customer ServiceChinese ATV Parts Inc.

I am rejecting this response because: I am not completely rejecting this response. I have looked further and I can confirm that I was not charged. I accept that portion of their reply. However, I never at any time received any correspondence from them that my order was cancelled as they stated they do. I attempted to contact them many times via the service ticket function on their website, phone, and email. If I had received a response from them way back then, I would have been made aware that the order was cancelled and I would have re-submitted the order. I do understand mistakes happen, and as I said, I can confirm that I was not charged. But this whole string of events and filing a complaint with the Revdex.com would never have happened if they had responded to my MANY inquiries using all three different methods of contact available. I will consider this matter closed and would like no further action taken by the Revdex.com on my behalf other than to advise this business that their customer correspondence is lacking severely and needs to be improved. I would also like to convey that I apologize for my fault in not realizing that my order did not process for whatever reason.

We located three different orders shipped to this customer's name and address on the complaint.  We have attached copies of the three shipment invoices with tracking numbers.  Invoices dated 10/24/15. 11/02/15 and 11/11/15.Our records indicate all items on orders shipped in full. ...

There is no customer support ticket order notes found on these three orders.  Customer has never updated any of the threee orders with any kind of comments, concerns, or questions.The customer complaint has items listed that are missing from the three shipments, but are not listed on the invoices attached.  For example:  Item 1. Flywheel Puller.  Item 2. Handle.We can not locate any supplier tickets, notes or comments on the three orders that any items were back-ordered, owed or due by our company.  We are also interested in the competitor's name or he competitor's customer service employee name that customer refers to in this complaint that instructed the customer to  file Revdex.com Complaints against our company.As of 08/27/16, due to support tickets never opened by the customer on any of the three orders shipped with trackers (showing delivered status) we can only assume these orders have been shipped in full.Thanks for your time and consideration,Sincerely,Customer ServiceChinese ATV Parts INc.

reference this order number is all we need to process RMA.  As of the date of this response, we have no records of any returns received for the order referenced in this complaint.On 04-13-16 customer updated our order support ticket systems that a chargeback on his VISA credit card had been processed for this order.
