I never received the part so I contacted my bank and they got my money back

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am not completely rejecting this responseI have looked further and I can confirm that I was not chargedI accept that portion of their replyHowever, I never at any time received any correspondence from them that my order was cancelled as they stated they doI attempted to contact them many times via the service ticket function on their website, phone, and emailIf I had received a response from them way back then, I would have been made aware that the order was cancelled and I would have re-submitted the orderI do understand mistakes happen, and as I said, I can confirm that I was not chargedBut this whole string of events and filing a complaint with the Revdex.com would never have happened if they had responded to my MANY inquiries using all three different methods of contact availableI will consider this matter closed and would like no further action taken by the Revdex.com on my behalf other than to advise this business that their customer correspondence is lacking severely and needs to be improvedI would also like to convey that I apologize for my fault in not realizing that my order did not process for whatever reason Sincerely, [redacted]
