I have called them to come up to pick up my money and they refuse to allow me in the restaurant. They hang up on me. I offered to send my daughter up and they will not give her the money
We have changed our mind in regards to refunding the customerShe showed up at our business and used inappropriate language with our guests and spoke badly of our restaurantWe will not be issuing a refund to this customerShe is unwelcome at our business and the police have been notified as well regarding the constant harassment by phone
The consumers were upset over the additional fee's we charge for wasted foodThese fee's are clearly posted on the buffet barI tried to explain the importance and reason for these fee's , yet the customer continued to argue, saying that they are employed by the City,and that they would shut us
downThey then stood outside telling all the consumers entering not to eat the food we serve, at that time I asked them to leave. They did call the health board out to investigate, the paperwork stated there was no evidence of the claim .I will send this report to you

As I recall these customers, there were of them. They went for one serving each and finished everything on their plates. They went for second servings and filled their plates. Then, they abruptly, got up and wanted to leave. We have it clearly signed in the restaurant that
there is a $3-$fee for each plate with food left on it. I do reduce the cost of the charges if one cannot pay. I spoke with her daughter and she fully understood our policy, however, the mother did not After the mother left, she made phone calls to our restaurant telling us that our food is not good (this was not the term she used) A few days later, *** returned to our restaurant and yelled to our customers to not eat our food - it is bad. I called the police and recorded her license plates for reference if she returned. Our restaurant takes pride in its food and customer service. We did not do anything to precipitate this type of reaction from a customer. We were accommodating and tried to work with her. We are still willing to refund her the $per plate, for a total of $or even the full amount of $36. However, her actions must be made known also. If she accepts the offer of the refund, I request that either her daughter comes to pick it up or I mail it to her. I no longer want *** at my restaurant. Her actions and outburst affected my staff and more importantly, my patrons
