Spoke with ** [redacted] re: response from Chinese Express, he said it is acceptable and he will acknowledge in ODRI Mailed him the check

I just obtained my fifth Chinese Visa from Chinese Visa Express Throughout the years their service has been prompt and accurate They have always been helpful when I phoned with a question I highly recommend this company

This is in response to *** *** Complaint whom had requested days for year multiple entries and the China
Embassy had granted his son only days , single entry valid for months We as visa agent always try to get the maximum
/>
allowed and had marked *** *** *** submission form and bar coded his passport for days multi entries for year, however the China Embassy had decided other wise and provided him less than his father anticipated
By the end of the day the final authority for visa for China are the sole responsibility of officials at China Embassy and they are the reprehensive of their country and their immigration system neither the visa agents nor the father of the applicant
*** *** had also signed the section of the form China Visa Application *** which clearly states "I understand that whether to issue a visa, type of visa, number of entries, validity and duration of each stay will be determined by consular official" EXHIBIT A. This is exactly why the visa officials amended this form several years ago and made it clear to the applicants that the Embassy makes the determination of the duration of stay, validity and number of entries
*** called us 2/17/and used lace profanity and F words in front of my kids while he was on speaker phone despite of his understanding of Embassy determination not in our control
We expedited ***’s application and paid the Embassy $not $as stated in complaintI also paid $to *** ** for shipping of his passport and other expenses 160++ 40= $ out of pocket expenses
Other expenses: I have drivers, runners, dispatchers and employees, car license fees, fuel, parking, business license fees, if everyone was not happy with Embassy determination of their visa and wanted refund plus Fed Ex fee, I have to file a bankruptcy
Embassy fee = $
*** **fee = $
Other expenses= $

Out of pocket expenses $
Customer paid $ - $ 229= $
I am willing to write a check to *** for the amount of $to buy peace despite the fact he cause at me in front of my kids We can’t force the Embassy to do what every applicant wants, I hope this resolve this issue

Review: we contacted chinese visa express for a chinese visa for my son and applied for a 1 year multiple entry visa with a 90 day duration stay in China. [redacted] from chinese visa express sent us a 6 month single entry visa with a 30 day duration of stay. I called him to tell him of the mistake and he lied to me about the consulate office making the decision to only give us a 6 month, single entry, 30 day duration of stay visa. telling us that they no longer give the 1 year multiple entry 90 day duration of stay visas because of people going to china on a tourist visa and teaching english instead of getting a work visa. this is obviously chinese visa express' fault considering that they do give the longer visa's, my son is only 4 years old and will not be teaching english, and his mother who he is traveling with is a chinese national. plus the fact that he was granted a previous visa with a 1 year, multiple entry, 90 day duration of stay.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for all services provided along with postage fees considering it is too late for him to fix his mistake. my wife and son have a flight leaving for china on the 27th of feb and will not be able to secure the correct visa in time now. I am not asking for the 140 dollar application fee paid to the chinese consulate. just the fees paid to chinese visa express.

This is in response to **. [redacted] Complaint whom had requested 87 days for 1 year multiple entries and the China

Embassy had granted his son only 30 days , single entry valid for 6 months. We as visa agent always try to get the maximum

allowed and had marked [redacted] submission form and bar coded his passport for 90 days multi entries for 1 year, however the China Embassy had decided other wise and provided him less than his father anticipated.

By the end of the day the final authority for visa for China are the sole responsibility of officials at China Embassy and they are the reprehensive of their country and their immigration system neither the visa agents nor the father of the applicant.

**. [redacted] had also signed the section 4.2 of the form China Visa Application [redacted] which clearly states "I understand that whether to issue a visa, type of visa, number of entries, validity and duration of each stay will be determined by consular official" EXHIBIT A. This is exactly why the visa officials amended this form several years ago and made it clear to the applicants that the Embassy makes the determination of the duration of stay, validity and number of entries.

**. [redacted] called us 2/17/2014 and used lace profanity and F words in front of my kids while he was on speaker phone despite of his understanding of Embassy determination not in our control.

We expedited **. [redacted]’s application and paid the Embassy $160.00 not $140 as stated in complaint. I also paid $29 to [redacted] for shipping of his passport and other expenses. 160+29 + 40= $229 out of pocket expenses.

Other expenses: I have drivers, runners, dispatchers and employees, car license fees, fuel, parking, business license fees, if everyone was not happy with Embassy determination of their visa and wanted refund plus Fed Ex fee, I have to file a bankruptcy.

Embassy fee = $ 160

[redacted]fee = $ 29

Other expenses= $ 40

________________________

Out of pocket expenses $ 229

Customer paid $ 254 - $ 229= $ 25

I am willing to write a check to **. [redacted] for the amount of $25 to buy peace despite the fact he cause at me in front of my kids. We can’t force the Embassy to do what every applicant wants, I hope this resolve this issue.
