At that point he was told we WOULD extend him the courtesy and refund his deposit as it was only booked for two weeks. *** *** contacted All Star Limousine two days later, stating he would like to keep the Vehicles bookedHe was then instructed to come down, in person and sign the contract, which he did on January ***, At that time he was instructed that he could no longer cancel the vehicles as he was well inside the days, and All Star turned away other customers for that vehicle.*** *** was told at signing, and is now legally liable for the full remaining balance
