First off this young man calls my shop and tells me his truck doesn't start well can he leave it running while we work on it? I told him no to get it fixed before he brought it to me for a mufflerAbout an hour later he comes in and wants
it fixed tells me again it doesn't start right and I suggest he get the starter fixed first and he tells me he can get it started so I tell him to stay with the truck!!
we get him in and he leaves, the guy working on the truck did not know the background of what I went through with him and told him he would be done in about minHe finished the truck quicker than he thought this young man was nowhere to be seen so he tried starting the truck after a few short cranks, the truck died and he came back.*** all the time we have about or other cars waiting to get in the bay for work
The young man calls his buddy they boost the truck and it starts? He than comes in and tells me he doesn't feel he should have to pay the bill as he thinks we hurt his starter and he wanted to talk about it I told him what the bill was $*** and he didn't want to pay it, he had the key I had no time to argue with him, and that was all he wanted to do! I told him to do whatever he thought was right and he still wanted to argue with me and I told him I was not going to argue and tried to go back to work leaving him to think what he wanted to do, and still he just wanted to talk! About what? In my opinion his truck was in need of repair to the starting system before he came to my shop and still is!!

Its the fuel system that was giving me problems as I mentioned on the phone it has a small air hole in the line that causes the truck to lose its primeDont get me wrong you guys do great muffler work but your consumer service is very ***I called in first asked if it could be left running they said no which I understood I just explained to him it will start it just has a few issues the man then recommended me to take it to a shop first to get it fixed I then explained it was just a hole in my fuel line everything works great aside from that and has been recently replaced I then told him the truck can be started any time it just has to be started by me as I am used to starting it with an air leak and having to prime it firstsince it is an old with a mechanical fuel pump I didnt want them to try you cant just turn the key over to prime it with the pumpi explained to the person working on it the situation and said ill be back in minutes he told me it would be more like so I came back in
