I brought my [redacted] into Muffler center to get exhaust work done I explained to the manager you cant start my truck I will be the one starting it it has problems keeping its prime so do not start it you will [redacted] it he seemed to understand I came back in 20 mins to put my truck in the shop I told the other guy do not start my truck you will [redacted] its really hard to get started. he agreed I said ill be back in 20 mins then? he said 45 I was there in 40 at that time I could smell burning [redacted] as I was walking to the shop I got to the shop walk up to my truck the guy who tried starting it and [redacted] it told me to start it after he [redacted] it so I tried then asked why my truck was [redacted] when starting a diesel truck u need to do the glow plugs on it and u cant hold the starter. we had to put it in neutral to roll it out of the shop when I touched the starter it burned my hand I brought it up to the manager he said that [redacted] I went to pay the bill I told him I didnt feel right
