Chip and Nail are the door installers for [redacted] I was apprehensive about any service from [redacted] , but, I can tell you that all my issues are with [redacted] and not the installers My issues with [redacted] are: 1) Fibbed about how long it would take for the door to be delivered after ordering (weeks quickly became weeks) - then you get in line for installation 2) Pay the full amount upfront for a service not yet rendered Okay - on to the installers: Darren came out and did the initial measure then this info was used to make sure the door order was correct Once the order arrived the instillation was scheduled (by Gina who was fabulous) On the day of the scheduled installation the two gentlemen arrived (one is the main door installer and the other was their main screen door installer- Both were great guys who clearly take pride in their workThey were polite, patient with my questions and very competent I could not be more pleased with the service provided by the installers
Two gentleman came out and installed three interior and three exterior doors for me They did an excellent job and were very niceThey replaced the thresholds, molding, and moreThey did an absolutely wonderful jobThey were here right on time and did everything in one dayThey were both very nice I would recommend them and use them again! Thank you!
