I purchased a pellet stove from this business a few years ago and I've had nothing but trouble I have made repeated calls to the business to set up service and every time, I get the run around Everything is rainbows and butterflies when you make the purchase and after that, it all goes down hill It is very disappointingMy recommendation is to purchase your stove elsewhere if you want true customer service

We purchased a pellet stove from this business several years agoThe stove quit working several months ago during cold weatherIt is the only heat we have in our family roomWe have made repeated calls to the business to obtain serviceEach time we have called, we were promised a return phone call, which has not comeWe have been waiting for several months for someone to come to our aid, to no avail.We can't even find another dealer to service this particular stoveand we have now burned up our space heaterIt has probably become a moot point now, since the weather has turned warm, but it won't stay that way, and we will still not have any heat come winter
