Just wanted to follow up to say that the windshield repair was well done and Chipio did pay the cost. So, this complaint has been resolved to my satisfaction.

Review: A representative of Chipio Windshield Repair fixed a small chip in my windshield on 9/29/13. I was given a receipt that says I have a lifetime warranty. I was verbally told that if the chip increased in size that I could have my windshield replaced for free. The crack expanded after a recent snow storm. It now crosses almost my entire windshield and needs to be replaced. I have emailed the company. I called their "set up code" number [redacted] and an agent took my information and said a technician would be in touch. It's been over a week and I have had no contact from the company. I want them to honor their commitment for a free windshield repair at a shop that is approved by my insurance company.Desired Settlement: Replace my windshield for free as offered. I would like the repair done locally, in Charlottesville, and by a company that is approved by my insurance agent.
