Response to ID [redacted] : [redacted] contacted the Chippenham Place Rental Office on May 13, 2014, requesting to transfer to a bedroom apartment Paperwork was filled out and signed by [redacted] and approval was signed off on by [redacted] [redacted] *** on May 20, (see [redacted] 1) [redacted] sent a letter to [redacted] on May 20, 2014, relaying the approval and explaining that she would be placed on a waiting list for a bedroom apartment (letter [redacted] 2) Currently there are people ahead of [redacted] on the waiting list for a bedroom apartment (see attached email with dates) In regards to the parking policy at Chippenham, local guests may park in GUEST parkingMonday-Sunday, between the hours of 6:a.mand 10:p.m Out of town guests may provide their registration to the Rental Office and they will be provided with a guest pass to park in GUEST parking for a period of three (3) days If a Resident requires an exception to be made due to a medical reason or a family emergency the property asked that they put the request in writing and the request is handled immediately Should you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me Thank you [redacted]

Review: I've been asking for a different apartment because my apartment is handicap in I'm not at all handicap also I need a tub in my home because I have babies in its hard to give them a bath in the shower also the kitchen don't have CABINETS to block the disposer which means my kids can get to it in have gotten to it pulling the cords out of place also they don't offer parking passes which means we cant have overnight company which Isn't at all fair to me I have tried addressing this problem before in has not received any feed backDesired Settlement: I simple want a new apartment that's not handicap
