I am writing back to you in regards to the complaint that came to you from one of our customersThe customer came in a Month after he dropped off his shirts on Oct 15th to claim themHe did have his ticket with the correct
pick up number, and yes, they couldn't be foundThe counter representative ask the customer to please check at home to make sure they weren't picked up already since it's been a month since he dropped them offHe was also informed that we would continue to look in the store and ask other customers to make sure someone didn't get shirts that didn't belong to them, but customers have not brought anything backWe do have the customer's phone number he gave us and he was told we would call him if the shirts are found
Thoughts on this complaint, we are all about providing the best customer serviceThis is the first complaint that I can remember we have received in the plus years of businessWhen customers pick up, we ask them to check to make sure they have everything before carrying the items out of the storeNot saying we are a perfect business, but our goal has always been to take good care of our customers
The plan is we will continue to ask customers to check their inventory, we want the person that made the complaint to do the same as sometimes shirts can be mixed in with other shirts and could be overlookedWith buying new shirts and not picking them up for a month, is why we want the customer to make sure he doesn't have them in his closet and their being overlookedAt this time we don't feel we owe him $a shirtHow do we know this is the cost or how new the shirts are, or if they have been purchased for some time, what proof do we have of thisAgain, we apology for this complaint and will continue to keep the customers number and keep an eye out for his shirts

I am writing back to you in regards to the complaint that came to you from one of our customersThe customer came into my cleaners for the first time to drop off a piece suit, a pair of pants and a shirthe came in a week or so later to pick up his cleaningMr*** accused me of putting
small holes in his pants, on one leg of the pant, as he described in his letterI steamed those pants and used no chemicals that would cause damage to his pantsI have been doing this for years, and I have never caused damage as he is describing with his clothing or any other customers clothingWhen I explained to Mr***, by steaming his pants, this would not cause damage such as holes or stain to his pants as no chemical is involved with the cleaning as suchIf this was the case, all of my customers that I service would have this same complaintWhen I tried to explain this process, he started cursing as me, kept saying **, **, I stepped back and ask that he not speak to me that way, but he continued, then leftBut my point is, I didn't cause those small holes or any stain to his pantsThis was a first time customer which I always welcome new business, but was surprised by how he treated me with the anger and language usedIf my steam machine caused this, his piece suit would have had the same damage that he is alleging I causedI provided the service he ask, to clean his clothes as I do all for all of my customersI don't feel I owe his the cost of his pants or the $for the work that I put into his cleaning of all his clothes, not just one pair of pantsI am always about providing the best service to my customers, this I believe is why I have so many that keep coming back as they like my service and pricesI do apologize that you had to receive such a complaint, as my goal is to keep customers, not lose themIf you have any **rther questions, please feel free to reach out to me
