This complaint has been resolved with the client I sent representatives from the Coolsavers Program Who proved and confirmed and helped her get coverage from her home warranty because this was nothing to do with the tuneup that we did our job her fencing was not damaged by our
chemicals that was impossible as it was a few spots on the top of the fence on the other side from the units nothing around where we probably did get chemicals on the fence they were not going to hurt it we had to go out to this customer three times because of the rain and her unit being completely plugged up with dirt and debris we're unable to do the testing the first time out on the second time we clean the unit and then it started absolutely pouring down would you also would've washed away any chemicals they could've gotten on the fence upon coming back when she tried to blame this on us and telling us we need to need to replace a couple boards on her Fants she was told that we were not and to keep her $for the cake Michael clean and not to call us again but sure enough when her AC quit cooling her immediate response was we were just there it was our fault but as I said before is been proven that is not our fault it was a leak in her evaporator coil that we did not touch and is being covered by her home warranty she wrote this complaint before we could even have a chance to address itour company looks out for customers if we ever do you make a mistake we don't hesitate to fix it on the spot but will not be taken advantage of air-conditioners break that is a known fact and yes mistakes can be made but just because someone has worked on it recently and then it breaks does not mean it's their fault

They did get chemical on my fence and I don't appreciate being called a liar They didn't try to resolve it with me They just told me "we will not be sending anyone out It's not our fault." Had they sent someone out to talk to me about it, this complaint would not have happened If they had shown the professionalism that Coolsaver showed, there would not have been a complaint.

You keep declining your fraud. Of course, I'm not in the business, I don't know what you did...

to my AC. FRAUD is FRAUD. The AC needs no fill up to work. Filling up an AC could cost in the thousand of dollars. I stop argue with you because I don't want to repeat things over and over again just as you do. We have the same statements. Let Revdex.com and everyone else judge your response. I also want to make it publicly for everyone's awareness of your company fraud. I will furnish Revdex.com the work order from the company that fixed the problem as proof upon request.

I don't know what to say this person when we did her tune up her system was low and she only wanted to pay for one pound of freon
3 months later she calls me saying her company had to come fix her ac by replacing the transformer and added 2 pounds of freon now she says it was only the freon
We provided prof of adding freon can her company I doubt it and there is no warranty nor guarantee that Freon will not leak out when the system is low it has a leak
I do not know how to please this person I am not in the business of refunding monies to someone who thinks they didn't get what they paid for we do everything on the up and up
And are not about to risk our reputation for a lousy $65.00
However I don't doubt that they had to add 2 pounds of Freon because it was left about that low when we were there.
