Chip's Stove Shop

We purchased a pellet stove from this business several years ago. The stove quit working several months ago during cold weather. It is the only heat we have in our family room. We have made repeated calls to the business to obtain service. Each time we have called, we were promised a return phone call, which has not come. We have been waiting for several months for someone to come to our aid, to no avail.We can't even find another dealer to service this particular stove. and we have now burned up our space heater. It has probably become a moot point now, since the weather has turned warm, but it won't stay that way, and we will still not have any heat come winter.
