I visited Walgreens on 9-17-and made a purchase for $I inserted my card with the chip and entered my pin to which the cashier relied the bank declined my charge for an invalid pin numberShe then ran my card as credit and the charge went through and she gave me my receipt
I noticed when I got home that the charge was there twice and called the store back to which the manager assured me the bank would reconcile since Walgreens did not actually charge me twice, and the bank declined the first charge
I attempted to call One AZ on 9-times and was placed on hold due to high call volume for a tech upgrade for over an hour each time and always got hung up on
On 9-I called and chatted with agents and after finally getting a live person I asked about my debit card, which was actually recently replaced and took days to get mind you, the agent told me I need to activate my new card and key a new pinShe said that was the reason why the bank declined the first ch

OK but my car payment I have us months ahead they tell me that they can’t be more than three months ahead but no one told me until I’ve already paid and multiple payments ahead, I want my credit for the months that it was paid for

Opted out of there overdraft told them numerous times if money not in account don't pay they keep doing it they want me to pay $for $charge

My ATM card expired and I had forgotten to change my address when I realized it June 20, I called OneAZ and was told I needed to fax over my information which I did and that my card will be sent out to new address 7-daysMy card never arrived and I called again this time being told the same thingI let them know I faxed my stuff over and it is changed online alreadyThey told me I had to do it againI asked to speak to the general manager, left voicemailHe called me back the next day left me a voicemail and said that he talked to card services and I would be getting my card in a couple of daysAs of today 7/30/16, I have not received my cardI live in CA and have only checks to access my moneyI started an account in CA but can't transfer my money via online because OneAZ system can't verify an account with balance the cash I had to open the account is not usable so it shows balance I have no way to access my money at this point

My Mother passed away on July 4, The lawyer sent a death certificate and lawyer assistant asked to have the funds released to me who's name is also on the accountThey refused
I called to no avail plus they are subtracting per month for Insurance ??

I contacted OneAZ's customer service line for what I believed to be a routine issue: my account had been used for a fraudulent transaction, and I was calling to report my debit card information compromised, as well as dispute this foreign transaction
The first representative Veronica was exceedingly unhelpful, stated that this was a "civil" matter as there was a transaction paid to this entity beforeShe furthermore ignored my request to report my card compromised until I reminded her I needed to speak with her superior, as she claimed to be the highest ranking employee on shift and that there was nothing she would do
Upon calling back and speaking with an alternate representative, who confirmed my card had indeed been reported as compromised, I was advised there was nothing he could do either, and was routed to a voice mail box to report a fraudulent, unauthorized transaction on my account

Over the labor day weekend, One Az Credit union had this upgrade in which made banking unavailable for about days caused many issuesI have deposited well over 2,one the day after Labor day and the bank refuses to release my moneyThe bank has made up to $available and even after calling, they continue to hold my $ with no explanationI have never had to go through this in all the years that I have bankedWhen I called to do a complaint over the phone, all of the sudden my debit card does not work for meHow convenient that they are not open on weekends eitherSo I now have to go the weekend without my money and talking to no one

AZ credit union is charging a bad address fees which is so weird feesThey didn't make any attempt to contact me on my phone or email which they have before charging thisWhen I try to update my address in their website, they don't allow me eitherThis is not acceptablei need a refund and necessary refund for the time that is wasted following up this one

I went through the drive-thru teller to cash my check The teller asked for my debit card, driver's license I gave them to her, she cashed my check and never returned my driver's license or debit card She said she had to look for them The drive-thru closed at 5:30pm I was outside until 7:30pm I called the police and they still did not produce them Until this day I have not received them, I called the regional manager, I have spoken to an investigator for the credit union and no one has called me back

Today I went to One AZ credit union on pinnacle peak I asked to take $out of checking account I was told their computer was down and they could not give me money from my account
The credit union has a contractual duty to make money in my account available to me during bank business hours They breached this duty by not having the money available, in my opinion
