Broadview Allergy Relief Center Ken Mar Unit A Broadview Heights, OH Dear ***, Miss [redacted] called into our office on March 26, at 8:AMAs with all of our customers there is a list of questions that must be asked in order to verify their eligibility for the prize; one of the questions being ones martial status Miss [redacted] refused to answer whether she was married or notIt is a very important question to ask because if a representative is going to do a presentation of our product in the home and given the nature of our society; and in the event it is a single woman we like to send out someone, due to security reasons a representative of the same genderWe have been trying to contact [redacted] on several occasions, 3/26/at 9:AM, 3/27/at 12:PM, 3/27/at 4:PM and at that time was able to leave a message, and 3/31/at 9:AM, to let her know that she can pick up her prize at the storeWe have a set pick up time on Mondays between the hours of PM - PMWe are located at the above address All she has to bring in is her card If you have any other questions please let me know Thank you [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I received my canceled check today 2/29/but had to pay insufficient postageI can't prove what the salesman said to me about canceling my check, but FVS Inc., Corporate Center, Broadview Heights, Oh 44147, could have put enough postage on the letterThey paid $to mail it to me with a tracking # [redacted] .I had to pay the Post Office mail carrier $to receive my letter.I am glad I am done with these peopleWould be nice if they would refund the postageI won't look for it though Regards, [redacted]

We received this same complaint form the customer on December 3, at 4:pm The stipulation for testing the air was not written on the contract or any of the paperwork and the representative that sold [redacted] the unit had taken a personal day and forgot that which he promised When [redacted] called the office the manager was then notified immediately He was on his way back from Lima Ohio He took ***'s address and was at her house by 5:pm to test her air She turned him away stating she had already cancelled the saleI am not sure why the Revdex.com was contacted the sale was cancelled just as she wished Thank you, [redacted] Customer Service

I received a BINGO card and won a prize I called the number on the card to claim it and after it rang for longer than I wanted to wait, I hung up Then I went online to try to get a little more information about Broadview Allergy Relief Center Thanks to the Reviews here, I will be pitching the "winning" card and coming out a winner instead of wasting valuable time on a presentation I do not want or need

Consumer statement taken over the phone by BBB staff 10/31/14. Consumer advised that 2 filters were sent by mail and 2 were hand delivered to her husband. The issue is resolved.

We have been trying to contact [redacted] on several occasions, 3/26/2014 at 9:56 AM, 3/27/2014 at 12:50 PM, 3/27/2014 at 4:20 PM and at that time was able to leave a message, and 3/31/2014 at 9:26 AM, to let her know that she can pick up her prize at the store. We have a set pick up time on Mondays between the hours of 5 PM - 8 PM. We are located at the above address.  All she has to bring in is her card.  If you have any other questions please let me know.

Then I went online to try to get a little more information about Broadview Allergy Relief Center. Thanks to the Reviews here, I will be pitching the "winning" card and coming out a winner instead of wasting valuable time on a presentation I do not want or need.

High pressure sales of room air filtration and vacuum cleaner systems. The salesman who came to our home was nice and considerate and this review should in no way reflect on his performance. He completed an hour long informative demonstration of his systems. When we declined to purchase either system (at what I consider an exorbitant price), he called his boss who became very insistent and would not take no for an answer, insisting we were endangering our health by not purchasing their systems. He even offered to let us pay $10 per week (he didn't say for how many years, but I suspect I'm not going to live that long). I put up with this pressure for 10-15 minutes before losing my cool and hanging up on him.
We already have a whole house air filtration system and a central vacuum system. I told them before the sales pitch started that we weren't going to buy anything but was offered a $100 dining discount card to listen to the presentation. When the sales representative arrived, he didn't have the card and didn't know it had been offered. I doubt I'll ever see it now.
I wasn't impressed with the air filtration system (it was noisy) but the vacuum was impressive. As we already have a perfectly good central vacuum system, I was not interested in a costly, unnecessary replacement.
