When we signed up for this service we were told that they would get one on one training for our staff regarding front desk proceduresWe spent for our staff to travel to Florida to study on their ownThey could do that at home.
We did have consults with a consultant prior to this incident but not after, as we were extremely dissatisfied with the serviceThree days is simply not enough time to evaluate a programThey have no monetary output invested in us, there is no reason we should not get a prorated refundAll of the material is online and they have nothing invested in our office
Further more some of the tactics, PGC, flyers on windshields of cars etc, are illegal to perform
This company has no real time or money invested in our office, there is no real reason they cannot do a prorated refund

Review: Hello [redacted] name is Dr. [redacted] chiropractor [redacted]. in Lancaster, OH [redacted] phone number [redacted]

I would like to file a complaint against a company called chiropractic business Academy located at 14 751 space Plaza Drive in Tustin, CA 92780.

This company helps chiropractors do marketing and business and we pay this company $7000 to our staff training. We sent the staff to Tampa Florida to be trained one on one front desk procedures. They did this for two days but my two-staff just work with each other and there were about 100 other staff people there and only four or five people from the chiropractic business Academy.

So in a nutshell we sent my staff down a large cost to be trained and they ended up just training each other from the manual. This is not what I was told that what happened the seminars I was told it was a one on one training.

We had only been with this company for about two maybe three weeks when we said the staff to be trained. I called and talked to [redacted] and requested a refund on the program.

I was told that there would be no refund and that we could not get out of this agreement. In the contract it states that we have three days to change the agreement but this is not reasonable as you don't know what the program will be like in just three days. It is not reasonable amount of time.

I would like to have a refund and not have anything else to do with the chiropractic business Academy. I would like for the refund to reflect the time since my complaint which was about three weeks ago okay if they prorated and dock me for the three weeks that I was in the program I'm fine with that but I want my refund back.

Sent from my iPadDesired Settlement: See complaint text.
