statements were issued at any point at which our records reflected the posting of the payment.  Furthermore, our billing software does not allow for the generation of statements if there is not an open balance on an account.  It's an unavoidable logistical aspect of the billing process that payments received do not immediately post across the various applications a company as diversified as ours utilize.  We also train our experienced representatives and designated patient advocates to offer patients with such grievances the ability to request a payment confirmation through our accounting department which can take anywhere from 1-3 business days.  If this option was not afforded to in this circumstance we offer our apologies for this lack of communication.  We continuously engage with our staff on patient grievances in order to immediately reconcile any shortcomings on our behalf and will persist in doing so.  Thank you for taking the time to submit your assessment of our company and I certainly hope we can address any further concerns you may have.
