get your 24 hour price.so customer would only have gotten 23 1/2 hours of work with unit if he would have returned it by 5 pm on Saturday are policy is to charge for time out of store. we rent out by 4hr periods and 8 hour periods when store is open, and 24 hours over night or longer like a week or month . we have thousand of customers that don't return on time and pay there bills with out any problems.It is unfortunate he was unhappy but if I bent the rules for everyone that didn't get back in time I would loose money and be out of business in no time, so policy stands as is.
