We contacted Chisholm when our aging heating and air system began to fail during the 90+ degree heat spell we were having The day we called, a Service Technician came out and discovered that our compressor was failing He was able to get the unit running again -- enough to keep our house comfortable during the horrible heat We knew at that time that we had to make a permanent improvement We called for an estimator to come out Dwain L [redacted] came out, took a look at our units and performed an evaluation of our needs He explained various options and described what each option's pro and con was Based on his evaluation, we came to a decision Our new unit was installed and is running now It is more efficient, quieter and is working great The crew that came out was polite, hard-working and efficient The lead mechanic was very personable and explained everything about our new thermostat We are extremely satisfied with the service that we received from this company I would recommend them to anyone in this area
