Review: We placed order for catering at the beginning of July 2014 for our son's first birthday on July 26th approximately 70 people. We confirmed our order on July 25th with [redacted] which he read the order list of things we were suppose to get for the party. My sister agreed to pick up order for us at Lockhart Tx which then called us saying the price was different from what we expected which was an extra $63.00 which then we talked to a lady saying that he ([redacted] )would never charge that amount of $397.00 appose to $460.00. She was accusing us of lying about the price which we ended paying the 397.00. So the complaint is that we payed for a two meat combo plate with three sides bread crackers pickles onions kits plates which we never received just received the meat and sides only.So then my wife called on Sunday July 27 2014 asking to speak with [redacted] which he answered listening to what my wife said then he asked for a phone number to called back too which he never did. So then I called the next day July 28 2014 speaking to [redacted] and telling him how we didn't receive any condiments for which we paid for so then he asked for a phone number again which called back but never resolved the issue with us , so then again for the third time he said he would call me back but never did I tried calling again but never answered !Desired Settlement: Take care of customers for their mistakes
