deductible which was $However in this case homeowner never expressed to us that this was a ACV Actual Cost Value Policy which means the insurance only pays a portion $and homeowner still pays the deductible of $2000.? I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, as long as the damage To the interior (hole where roofer fell through the ceiling in my living room and garage) as well as flashing around the chimney (that leaked inside of my home as a result of not replacing with the decking / roof) is repaired in addition to completing the interior repairs for the amount stated in the reply.
