Chism Express Car Wash

I had to tell the man washing my car to rewash it because the tires and rims were still dirty after he told me my car was done. There were several missed spots on my car. Two employees tried to con me out of $15 under the table claiming that they supplied better wax than the owners and that they had their own wax. They told me the owners would charge me $30 for a wax job. I had to keep pointing out spots that were not vacuumed correctly in the inside of my car and every customer who came after me left before me. I waited over an hour for my car to be ready and it still wasn't a good hand wash job. I had been coming for years to support this business, but today was my last day. Business has gone downhill. When I told one of the men washing my car I was disappointed, he still expected a tip and told me I could have told him I was disappointed before he stopped everything he was doing to help me. I spent an hour and a half at Chism Express Car Wash on Shelby Drive. I paid $13 for a vacuum and a outer wash for my car. My money was taken before services were rendered. After watching two 45 minute shows on my phone, and seeing two series of customers come and leave before me, I decided to get my money back and leave with out either services.When I asked for my money back I was asked which car was mine, to which I replied that I just wanted to leave. I was told that their policy (which was not clearly posted or posted at all), that they gave no refunds. I then said that I had not received any services to be refunded for. I was again told that their policy was no refunds, but I could get a 'ticket' (rain check). I respectfully made it clear that I had no intentions of returning, and that I was displeased with how long I waited for no services. Realizing that I wouldn't be getting my money back I said that I'd be contacting the Revdex.com, requested said 'ticket' and proceeded to take pictures of the lot.I promptly left the premises with a dirty car, a handwritten note ripped out of a pad that read "free car wash; 1-14-15" with a scribbled signature and $13 less than I had an hour and a half ago.Product_Or_Service: Vacuum & car washOrder_Number: n/aAccount_Number: n/aDesired SettlementI'd like my money back.
