Paid $deposit on 8/for warranty work Picked up item on 9/ Still have not refunded my deposit I paid $to start warranty work I was initially told the work would be completed on 8/I called on 9/and was told the job was completed on 8/ I was told it takes about 10-days for the warranty work to be finalized and my $refunded Company still refuses to refund my deposit
Repair Fraud Brought in a weed eater to be serviced for a minor repair and paid the deposit Service tech called and advised that the repair would be an additional $ I instructed them NOT to complete the repairs and I would pick the unit up I was contacted two weeks later that the repair was complete and I owed $ I complained that I requested no farther work to be done and the tech said he would have some one call me Two weeks later the Service Manager calls about my picking the unit up I informed him as to my dis-satisfaction and he advised me he would take the new parts off the unit and return an incomplete non-serviceable unit to me I informed him that I delivered a complete unit and had expected to pick up a complete unit to sell to another individual with the multiple accessories I own I asked them to split the outstanding cost of the repairs and he said he would check with the owners The service manager called the next day and informed me tha
