ID *** came to my shop to buy a pully for her dryer I was going to sell it to her she started telling me her son was trying to fix it but couldn’t so I told her I would do it for $dollars she said ok So I got there me and my partner walking in the Dryer was taking apart Motherboard
all computer were taking out all he had to do is take the front off to take the drum off He took everything off So I put the pully after I it was the wrong one the next day I got one I put it on I was going to leave everything they way I saw it the she tell’s me that she doesn’t trust son putting it back so I did it was hard since I didn’t take it apartI put it together, she paid me I left So what Im willing to do is give her back only for labor cost cause she bought the part and she has it still.Israel J*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: it is untrue....my husband took front panel off to look in to see if anything was stuck that would be causing barrel to get stuckNot mother board or and wiringCalled around to ask what else would cause this problem and saw that it was the pulley and we would have to order it onlineI figured since it was going to have to bevordered anyway to call a professional and have him order it and replace itMy dryer is only a year and a half old had no other problems and was working fine except the fact that barrel would stick from time to timeI have been since without adryer since this happenedI've learned this business has had many of the same issues like mineThat have not been resolvedI think we will be getting together a doing a class action lawsuit if my dryer is not fixed
