Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: Regarding this matter, it is now slander saying I was intoxicated as I was talking to the POLICE officers that they calledOf course this is the response of a low class restaurant in the area that would make a clam to protect the business.
This lie by the restaurant shows that the female who's picture was take was angry and my wife and daughter did not come in till after approxmin wondering where I wasWhich was waiting for the police they called because I wouldn't leave without my refund? The officer said it was not up to them to decideIn the pictures they were running, but I have them to show.
I also did not compare their food to dog food, I said I have to feed it to my dogs because I will not eat it or feed it to my familyThe SO CALLED fresh food made, was not!
Never was an unkind word said to them or spoken,I just asked for my money back and she REFUSED, as I stood there waiting for the police because I had NO reason to leave because of their threat. Since this response from the restaurant was in a way to hurt me without proof and I am not satisfied, I will be forced to now take legal actionsAlso what my daughter did eat and felt ill, we will be contacting the Board of health to inspect the restaurant
Thank you, *** ***

Review: On saturday June 5th my wife brought home take out from this restaurant. It was from the buffet at the end of the night and also ordered lomein from kitchen. After one bite of the food it was dryed out and uneatable. The bill was $34.25, I brought the food back and asked for my money back. I was told it was the end of the night food and thats what I should expect, dried out food. She only would refund me $17.00 and I requested a full refund which she refused. I said I wanted my money, she refused again and called the police. The officer he could do nothing and I should just take the $17.00. I have both receipts. I had to throw the food out for fear my family would get sick.Desired Settlement: $17.25 returned
